These are exciting times at KLP! Effective January 1, 2015 we will merge our practice with Jerry L Cummings, CPA. Jerry’s practice has been around for over 35 years and he brings a roster full of long term clients.
The success of any merger is dependent on the combining firms’ ability blend their respective cultures. From the outset of our discussions we could see the common concern all parties had for their clients and the sense that our performance is best measured by the success enjoyed by our clients.
A major component to both of our practices is the Out-Sourced Accounting Product. Our team is experienced and specializes in this type of work and with the increased volume, they will become even more proficient at it.
Our objective is to make this merger invisible to our clients and avoid any deterioration to the excellent service to which you’ve become accustomed. Jerry’s south-side office will remain open and he and Kathy can be reached at the same phone number. In the meantime, the KLP team anxiously awaits the opportunity to interact with those clients who have worked with Jerry through the years.
